The hotel felt like a small apartment, but unfortunately, the rooms were in terrible condition and often smelled like weed. On the bright side, the service was very accommodating and even allowed a room change due to heavy cigarette smell. The location worked well for my needs, being close to the airport and downtown Dallas.
